Eddie Teddie is a premier Indian e-commerce and lifestyle brand dedicated to manufacturing  high-quality curated selection of high-quality quilts, handcrafted toys, fashion and accessories, and home décor, along with old clothes upcycled into meaningful keepsakes such as quilts, toys, and wearable items (“Products”). We aim to combine in-house design and craftsmanship with a seamless online shopping globally.

By accessing, browsing, registering, purchasing, or otherwise using our Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using our Website and Services immediately.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

    1. You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old.

    2. If you are below eighteen (18) years of age,  you represent and warrant that you are accessing the Website under the supervision of a parent or a legal guardian.

Such variations do not constitute grounds for refund or return, except as provided in our Refund Policy.

      1. The prices are displayed on the Website in Indian Rupee (INR).

      3. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the price or cancel the order and refund any amounts paid.

      4. The product prices displayed on our Website are inclusive of the applicable Indian taxes.

  4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

      1. All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or lack of stock.

    3. Shipping and Delivery

      1. Eddie Teddie currently ships its Products globally, subject to serviceable geographical areas, as determined by our shipping partners.

      2. Shipping options, and applicable chargesare provided at checkout.

      3. Once a Product is handed over to our Delivery Partner, the responsibility  for any loss, theft, or damage to the Product transfers to them. 

      4. We provide you with tracking information at the time of handover to the Delivery Partner. Thereafter, any claims for loss, damage, delay, or non-delivery are required to  be directed to the Delivery Partner in accordance with their terms and policies.

    4. Returns and Refunds

      1. Our returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. You are encouraged to review it carefully before making a purchase on our Website.

  5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

    1. Payment Gateways

      1. We use third-party payment processors or other authorized providers (collectively, “Payment Gateways”) to facilitate the processing of your payments.

      2. We are not responsible for the functionality, availability, security, or performance of any third-party Payment Gateway. Any disputes, refunds, or chargebacks must be resolved by the Customer directly with the Payment Gateway as per its own terms and policies.

      3. Any fees, foreign transaction charges, currency conversion fees, or similar charges imposed by the Payment Gateway or your financial institution are your responsibility. We shall not be liable for any such additional fees.

    2. Delivery Partners

      1. We work with authorized shipping and logistics partners to deliver products across India. 

      2. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, product availability, weather conditions, natural disasters and other factors beyond our control.

    3. Marketing and Advertising Partners

      1. We may engage marketing agencies and advertising partners to enhance our Services. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control their practices.

      2. We may share aggregated, de-identified, or limited personal information with third-party providers as necessary to facilitate their services.

      3. Any data or information you share with a third-party provider is subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

      4. Disputes or concerns regarding a third-party provider’s services must be directed to that provider.
